Our approach is all about getting to know you, your team, and organization; understanding the unique lens with which you view and experience the world.
Chemistry and discovery
We start with a 30-minute chemistry call (pro-bono) with the main contact, and then conduct 30-minute discovery calls (low-bono) with the other people involved or impacted. Only then do we offer an intervention plan. If we don’t align on vision, we offer a referral.
Curated team
KKCC leverages its large network and considers topic, sector, background, and personality when matching coaches, facilitators, and consultants with clients. Where possible, we try out different combinations as part of the discovery process.
Focus on the “who” — not only the “what”
Stakeholders complete a ‘self and scenario assessment’ which provides insight into 1) personal values, priorities, preferences, and style and 2) approach to change. We observe selected work situations to better understand how beliefs are interpreted and/or manifest as behaviors.

We really mean it. Unless it's a one-on-one engagement, we serve the collective rather than any one person, group, or point of view. KKCC is not attached to a specific decision, agreement, or outcome being reached, only that these things are achieved and align with your true values.
Work within the emotional domain
Making decisions, agreements, and changes are psychological processes, as much as they are operational and technical processes. Emotions are instructive. KKCC helps clients recognize and extract information from underpinning emotions (their own and others) to shape their next steps.

Our emphasis is on engagements with a clear beginning, middle, and end. We want to help you make timely decisions, agreements, and changes. Our goal is not to turn you into a routine client, but to move you through the moment.

KKCC primarily works on day rates. Following discovery, we estimate the number of anticipated days to deliver proposed interventions according to our typical packages. Rates vary not according to the person(s) assigned to the work, but according to the operating budget of the client organization, team, or leader. If you want our help, we will make it happen!
